Bike path Montreal

There is an iphone app for the bike path of montreal, called "Montreal Bike Map", however its only review in App Store cried out loud about its problems - the functionality is just too simple, it's basically static.

Last december, google added bike direciton to several major Canadian cities, but not including montreal. Now that I've just checked google map and saw there are bike directions for Montreal, but it's very very incomplete, put it this way, the real bike paths of montreal is a dense web, while currenltly googles shows a few threads of this web, as a result, no practical routes can be calculated (e,g. from Verdun to Brossard), also and there is nothing like panoramic stree view.

Probably it will be just a matter of time that more bike contents and functionalities will be added to google map. Maybe it makes sense to create new Montreal bike map iphone app...it will be useful at least for a while.

Today I noticed that OpenStreetMap.org has pretty accurate and complete bike map of Montreal, looks good! Something to look into!
